Bio:

Sutter has lived in his farm in the Eastern Wastelands in Ohio for as long as anyone can remember. He has aided refugees for just as long. His farm is built like a military compound, with search lights and machine gun turrets placed around the perimeter. His farm is subject to constant attacks by mutants at night, the mutants know well enough that Sutter can’t see in the dark, a drawback their creeper allies don’t posses. His farm is a beacon to those who need a place to rest and get supplies before they head back into the world. He is generally well tempered, and will offer aid to anyone, with the exeptions of mutants, raiders, Freecorps, and Conclave. The area around his farm is dotted with crucified mutants, the leaders of the bands that dared to attack his farm.
